🌿 Description:
This Detox Kale & Quinoa Salad is a clean, vibrant, and energizing dish made with wholesome, nutrient-rich ingredients. Tender massaged kale is tossed with fluffy quinoa, crisp vegetables like cucumber, bell pepper, shredded carrot, and cabbage, then brought to life with a zesty, refreshing lemon-garlic dressing.
Finished with a handful of seeds for crunch and dried fruit for a touch of natural sweetness, this salad offers the perfect balance of texture and flavor. It’s light enough to support digestion and detoxification, yet satisfying thanks to the plant-based protein and fiber. Perfect for a midday reset or a healthy meal prep option for the week.
